Contract

Exclusive transfer of right of use of a sea area located inside the new Chiavari marina harbour to be used as mooring of nautical vessels.

From the date of signature of the mooring lease contract up to the expiry of the construction permit at 28 June 2051.

Variable according to the size of the berth (there are 4 classes of berths).
All fees will be subject to the payment of VAT.

20% confirmation deposit on signing the preliminary lease; balance on signing the final mooring lease.

Basic services:

• cleaning of basin, piers and quay;
• fire alarm and antipollution service;
• assistance in and out of mooring berth;
• standard maintenance of harbour structures;
• public illumination of the harbour;
• maritime buoys and signaling;
• arrangement for the collection of recycled rubbish and special refuse;
• surveillance excluding boat custody;
• power supply and drinkable water;
• radio telephone assistance.

Optional services (examples):

• moving a client’s vessel within the harbour basis;
• WI-FI service;
• collection of bilge liquids;
• haulage and launch;
• management of rent (mooring rented to third parties, etc.).

The supply of services will be invoiced according to fees yearly fixed by the concession Company Tigullio Shipping.

If the owner is interested it is allowed with right of pre-emption in favour of the concession company Tigullio Shipping.

Long-term lease of a car bay or garage within the new Chiavari marina harbour.

30 years from the signature of the long-term lease.

Variable according to the purchase of a bay or garage.
All fees will be subject to VAT.

• cleaning of harbour areas;
• fire alarm and anti-pollution service;
• standard maintenance of harbour structures;
• public illumination of the harbour;
• arrangement for the collection of recycled rubbish and special refuse;
• surveillance excluding boat custody;
• electrical supply [not included in case of car bays];
• radio telephone assistance.

Other optional services to be agreed.

All services will be invoiced according to fees fixed yearly by the Concession Company Tigullio Shipping.

If an owner is interested it is allowed with pre-emption right in favour of the concession company Tigullio Shipping.
